on any CanAm BUCKS!!!! There is still time to get a pre-registration in to
us before the deadline. You will receive 20 CanAm Bucks for every dollar
spent on pre-registration and 10 CanAm Bucks for every dollar spent for on site
registration.
CanAm Buck Official Rules
CanAm Buck Exchange Rate
(please check the rules, they will be modified from time to time as the program unfolds)
These rules may be
changed & modified without notice.
The
CanAm Bucks program is designed to:
- Promote
those persons and/or businesses who participate in the CanAm Rally
Sponsorship program.
- Reward
CanAm Rally delegates who support our CanAm Rally sponsors.

Promote cooperation
(rather than competition) among Rally's and Events.
Rules for the CanAm Bucks Program
- The
CanAm Bucks are not legal tender and have no real commercial value
whatsoever. They are expressly
for the purpose of the CanAm Rally and can only be used on designated
special promotions at/for the CanAm Rally and/or including but not limited
to bidding on items at the special silent or live CanAm Buck auctions by
persons currently registered as delegates of the CanAm Rally at the time the
special promotions/auctions are held.
- The
CanAm Bucks are issued in the following denominations: Ten, Fifty, One
Hundred, Five Hundred, One Thousand, Five Thousand, Ten Thousand, Fifty
Thousand, One Hundred Thousand, Five Hundred Thousand, and One Million.
- CanAm
Bucks can be awarded to registered CanAm delegates who present qualifying
receipts at the CanAm Rally, for purchases made at any of the then current
CanAm sponsors. The amount of CanAm Bucks awarded may vary from time to time
at the sole discretion of the CanAm Organizers.

The delegates can receive, in exchange for
the qualifying receipt/s, CanAm Bucks in varying amounts. The amount of CanAm
Bucks received by the delegate depends directly on the level of participation
of the qualifying sponsor. Currently there are 5 different levels of
sponsorship participation as follows:
*Bronze Sponsor- qualifying receipts will earn delegates an exchange rate of 1
for 1.
In other words a $10.00 receipt will earn the delegate 10 CanAm Buck Dollars.
*Silver Sponsor- qualifying receipts will earn delegates an exchange rate of 5
for 1.
In other words a $10.00 receipt will earn the delegate 50 CanAm Buck Dollars.
*Gold Sponsor- qualifying receipts will earn delegates an exchange rate of 10
for 1.
In other words a $10.00 receipt will earn the delegate 100 CanAm Buck Dollars.
*Diamond Sponsor- qualifying receipts will earn delegates an exchange rate of
15 for 1. In other words a $10.00 receipt will earn the delegate 150 CanAm
Buck Dollars.
*Platinum Sponsor- qualifying receipts will earn delegates an exchange rate of
20 for 1. In other words a $10.00 receipt will earn the delegate 200 CanAm
Buck Dollars.
*In all circumstances the delegate will receive the qualifying exchange rate
up to and including the first $2000 CDN of any individual qualifying receipt.
Thereafter the delegate will receive one (1) CanAm Buck for every $1 CDN over
and above the first $2000 of the individual receipt to the full value of the
receipt..
For example, lets say a delegate has purchased a new motorcycle worth
$18,000 US from a qualified Gold sponsor. A Gold sponsor receipt
is worth 10 times the amount of the receipt (up to the first $2000) as follows – first we convert the value into
Canadian equivalent. For this example we will use a conversion rate of
1.5 times the American value of 18,000 which equals 27,000 CDN. This will be
subject to modification if and when the exchange rate changes by any
significant amount. See CanAm
registration for exchange rate at time of rally. Invoices
for labour charges are valid, provided they are from a qualified sponsor.
The delegate would receive credit for 27,000 CDN in total as follows:
20,000 CanAm Bucks for the first 2,000 CDN (10 times 2,000) plus
25,000 CanAm Bucks (1 times 25,000) for the balance, making the total 45,000
CanAm Bucks.
- All
CanAm Sponsors are valid sponsors for the current CALENDAR YEAR.
This means CanAm Bucks can be awarded for any receipt collected
during the year that sponsor was an officially listed sponsor and for only
that year. New sponsors for the next calendar year will be listed as they
join our program. We will
continually update the list on the CanAm Website including removing any
expired sponsorships.
- All
receipts must show the Sponsors Name, the Date and the Amount of the
purchase clearly on the receipt. This
information is critical for the receipt to be valid and therefore accepted. If this information is not machine printed on the
receipt, the sponsor may hand write the information and personally sign the
receipt indicating their verification that it is a legitimate receipt from
their place of business.
- All
receipts are subject to verification and/or confirmation by CanAm.
- Once
CanAm Bucks have been awarded they may collect same from year to year to be
used at any future CanAm Rally provided the delegate is a paid registrant at such
time and provided the CanAm Buck program is still in effect.
- The
CanAm Bucks may be given out to delegates at random who are pre-registered
for the current or next CanAm Rally at meetings
or other rallies or events where CanAm Ambassadors and/or Directors are present and promoting CanAm.
- CanAm
Bucks will be awarded to those who participate in various events at CanAm.
The goal being, the more a delegate participates, the more fun can be had &
the more CanAm Bucks can be earned.
- CanAm
Bucks will be given out for various other purposes as well. CanAm
delegates have a chance to collect/earn substantial CanAm bucks during
CanAm.
